We had a few rooms that needed painting and some drywall repair. We found Patrick Wetherbee under "Pat's Painting and Surface Care" which had great reviews online. We met with other painters and Patrick Wetherbee stood out. He was personable, honest, and explained how he would perform the work, and his prices were reasonable and fair.
Pat Wetherbee, the owner of "Pat's Painting and Surface Care" and his crew did a professional and thorough job on the rooms that needed work and had the rooms looking brand new. They have a very organized and efficient system. Patrick and his crew are very professional where they prepped all the rooms and areas before painting and drywall repair so everything is kept clean neat and orderly. Afterwards, they vacuumed and cleaned up the rooms so everything is left tidy and we did not have to pick up after them. The advantage of having Patrick and his crew is that they are very efficient and worked well as a team. They did all the work within a day which made it convenient for us to have our house back quickly so we can assume our daily lives. This is what greatly differentiates him from other Painters.
We were very impressed with Patrick Wetherbee and his team, he is personable and has a good work ethic. He communicated thoroughly with us in what we to expect. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and then some. He goes above and beyond in his work and we are so glad we hired him; Patrick and his team are outstanding. After researching and meeting with 5 different painters, we hired Pat's Painting and Surface Care to paint the exterior of our house. We've had the house painted in the past and this time around, the work was substantially better. The house looks absolutely amazing.
As a fellow small business owner, I understand that it all comes down to the details and Pat's Painting did not disappoint. They went out of their way to give us a little something extra that wasn't in the contract. In our case, it was picking up a special paint and repainting a piece of artwork that I have outside that was starting to look a little tired.
This team arrived on time and worked efficiently throughout the day. I'm sure you've all encountered "professionals" who are anything but, who show up when they feel like it, leave a mess behind when they're finished, or hire whomever off the street with little or no experience. While this next comment may not be all that important to many who are reading this review, it will be important to anyone who has dogs. I have Australian Shepherds and this breed is not terribly fond of strangers. All of my dogs absolutely fell in love with Pat and I think they were all disappointed to see him leave. He really went out of his way to make sure they felt as comfortable as I was.
If you are searching for a painter, look no further. The work is flawless, the price is very fair (they will keep you apprised of costs as the job unfolds), and the team is sensational. We highly recommend Pat's Painting and Surface Care.
